Customer Service Representative Job Responsibilities:

Serves customers by determining requirements; answering inquiries; resolving problems; fulfilling requests; maintaining database.  

Customer Service Representative Job Duties:

  • Places outbound calls to schedule appointments.
  • Receives incoming calls regarding client questions.
  • Answers questions regarding scheduling and procedures.
  • Answers inquiries by clarifying desired information; researching, locating, and providing information.
  • Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems
  • Maintains call center database by entering information.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in an outbound call center role.
  • 2 or more years' experience in a telephone customer service role.
  • High School diploma or GED.
  • Ability to type efficiently on a keyboard.
  • Ability to communicate clearly on the telephone.
  • Ability to work Saturdays and Sundays and overtime as required.
  • Bilingual - English/Spanish highly preferred

Please note that the Customer Service Representative may at times have access to sensitive information.  Witt O'Brien's is therefore required by the Federal Government to employ only individuals who can obtain an Individual Federal Security Clearance prior to beginning this assignment.  Employment is therefore contingent on successfully obtaining a "Public Trust" security clearance.
